September 2019 is an emotional time for PHUC HUY HOANG AUTOMATIC – ELECTRIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY (Phuc Huy Hoang), this is just like the days of the automation industry, attending the 5th International Exhibition on VCCA Control and Automation 2019 organized by Vietnam Automation Association. Coming to exhibition, Phuc Huy Hoang presented and ỉntroduced products manufactured and distributed by the company such as: Voltage gauges, meters current measurement, multi-function power meter, controller current transformers, signal converters, timers, industrial inverters, etc.
Coming to the exhibition, this is also an exchange place to learn and help Phuc Huy Hoang understand customers’ wishes for practical requirements. Through the process of visiting customers, Phuc Huy Hoang’s booth introduced products and solutions of Phuc Huy Hoang manufacturing, supplying, customers have encouraging words for the watch and variable products, lines of shape and design as well as equivalent quality even more than some product lines imported from Korea, India and Taiwan. Phuc Huy Hoang’s products have been tested in independent evaluation organizations such as Quatest1 and other private testing centers, the basic parameters are in accordance with the IEC standards of each product.
The consultation process for our R&D department has received a lot of suggestions such as the need to expand new features on the device, for example with multi-function gauges add features real time…. current transformer add short-circuited bridge to short-circuit current when measuring devices malfunction so that the operator can short-circuit the transformer during operation without cutting the source with the comments that our customers’ desires and needs are absorbed and added to the product after each version, we also receive greetings and encouragement from customers used to the product during the process of interacting with new customers. These incentives will help Phuc Huy Hoang’s group always absorb innovation to improve the product, service and quality.
Keeping the prestige and the belief that Phuc Huy Hoang always put the interests of customers first, with the viewpoint, customers are the ones who will help the company grow. Product quality is always updated with new technologies with technical improvements to help customers save time and cost.
